MK1881 is a small but prolific team of three individuals.

Two of us have been in the miniature production market for the past 15 years and created several successful ranges of miniatures. This was always done with traditional sculpting methods.

It was only this year, while searching for a talented 3D designer for our other ongoing project, that we met our third member. A talented 3D designer. This is when MK1881 Miniatures was created.

We merged the knowledge of all of us to create a new line of models. Our goal is to provide our customers with:

High quality casts in metal. We will make sure that all our castings will be nearly perfect. We will deliver miniatures with limited if not absent mold lines or venting gates, that will require minimum cleaning. We have over a decade experience in metal and resin casting, and we are confident that we can achieve this goal. 

Dynamic and unique models that will have character. 

Models that will require minimum assembly. We are also veteran gamers, modelers and painters and we are aware of how frustrating is to get models that require long and tough preparation to get on the table. We are working to achieve models with the fewest number of pieces possible, and when this isn't feasible,  we will try as hard as we can to make the parts as easy as possible to assemble, using pre built guides. Yes I am aware on how hard is to pin a small arm from a 30mm tall figure, or how frustrating is to keep gluing pieces in place because pinning wasn't possible.
